Assertiveness and Self Esteem Training
Assertiveness and Self-Esteem Training: Discover Your Professional Voice
Course Overview
G'day! I am Dr. Marcus Clarkson and have dedicated much of the past 2 decades teaching Australian professionals how to stand up and speak out in the workplace. This training directly answers one of my biggest issues I see: very smart people who don't want to put their hand up, set boundaries, or point out what is and isn't working for them at work.
There is nothing in this about making you what you are not. It's about enabling you to be the most effective form of yourself. We're going to zero in on practical, real life strategies that can be immediately implemented as well as authentic confidence forming tactics that will generate long term transformation.
